How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
We will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours.
Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-4 days (J&T/Gdex)
Self-Collection
Self-collection is only available locally in Malaysia. We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Please collect your parcel within 1 week. Any uncollected parcels will be returned back to warehouse and our customer service team will contact you for an alternative shipping method.

Refunds & Returns Policy
– Returns/ Size Exchanges are limited to a single exchange provided in store credit, upon presentation of the original receipt. This means any new order made using the exchanged store credit cannot subsequently be returned.
– Please post returned items with receipt to the below address, within 14 days for Malaysian orders or 30 days for international orders upon the date of receipt. Allow us 7 business days (upon the date we received parcel) to process your exchange. Any question please call or WhatsApp +6016-4188243.
– The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

What do I do if I need to return an item?
When returning your items, please remember the following:
Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
Email us at cs@stylemefree.com.my with a subject header “Exchange Request” or text us via +6016 4188 243 within 14 days of purchase, and providing the following information:
(i) Original Receipt
(ii) Return – Item Name, Product Code, Size & Colour
(iii) Exchange to – Item Name, Product Code, Size & Colour
Upon receiving your email, our Customer Service will check the stock availability and reply accordingly within 2 to 3 working days.
When will I not be eligible for a refund or exchange?
All Items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for a resale.
Returns will not be granted on the following criteria, and the item/s will be sent back to you:
-Marked clothing i.e. make up or scent
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or body odour, as we are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been worn, washed, damaged or with a mark or scent on it.
-Tags are not intact
Goods returned must include all original tags/labels attached.
-Item has not been returned to us within 14 working days
Returns and exchanges cannot be made 14 days after purchase.
-Returns/exchanges are not allowed for sale items.
Items purchased under the sale category are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, with the exception of any unforeseen circumstances if applicable.
Can I opt for a refund upon returning my purchase(s)?
Cash refunds are not provided for return of item(s). After your return has been confirmed, you’ll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item.
Will I be reimbursed for return delivery charges?
We are not responsible for any costs associated in any event of returns/exchanges including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
Can i return and exchange purchases directly from outlets?
Yes. Purchases can be returned and exchanged directly from our outlets with presentation of original receipt.
How long will it take to receive the exchanged item(s)?
Your item(s) will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the parcel. For exchanges within Malaysia, customers should be able to receive the exchanged item(s) within 3 business days after we deliver the parcel. For international exchanges, please allow up to 10 business days after the exchanged item(s) is delivered from our warehouse.
Do I have to bear any additional costs when returning/exchanging items?
Customers are responsible for the courier fees of all returns/exchanges.
